But this principle of "less is more" applies to so many other things, especially w.r.t. communication.
The shorter your emails, the more it feels like a conversation.
The shorter your Zoom meetings, the more it feels natural.
The shorter your texts, the more I want to reply.
That 140 character limit made Twitter what it is today.
