Premature optimization and perfectionists
This is a picture of 90% of projects I've worked on.
Yes, I know, Donald Knuth's words about premature optimization get thrown around a lot and misquoted/misunderstood, but the premise still stands.
Premature optimizations, in one form or another, are the root cause of 100% of the projects I've failed to launch.
Perfectionists are punished in tech (this world).
